Less is More or More is Less.

Bodybugg has taught me that I need to do a 2 1/2 mile walk or a 5 mile bike ride to burn 250 extra calories a day. I burn about 1000 calories if I sit on my duff and work on my computer every day. I have to do housework or go up and down the office stairs to reach my goal of 2000 calories a day.

Some people go on a 500-800 calorie a day diet to lose weight and drink diet coke all day long. I value my kidneys too much to want to weaken them, so I will choose to exercise more, drink lots of water, and eat 5 small meals a day totalling at least 1500 calories a day. That gives me a slow 1 pound loss a week. But oh well, I also value enough "energy" to make it through my day.

So to you fellow good losers.....More exercise for more calories burned is what I want. So More exercise equals more calories burned and less weight on my .....
