How would CANCER change my Lifestyle?
I'e been thinking a lot about what I would change if I knew my current lifestyle could contribute to a diagnosis of cancer.
I chose the following from

I suggest you go there and read in more detail. Rather than waiting until I have cancer to live a healthy lifestyle. Why don't I do these now?
WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Top 12 Anti-Cancer Agents
Include as many of these as you can in your daily diet.

Green tea – drink throughout day without milk
Vitamin B12 – I weekly injection of 1000mcg Hydroxocobalamin. Daily for advanced cancer
Turmeric/curcumin (Indian curry spice). Or use Inflavanoid Intensive Care from Metagenics (sold in our clinic)
Vitamin C – 5 grams or more a day, in divided doses, to tolerance level
Melatonin – 3 mg at 8pm and 3mg at 10pm, just before bedtime
Fermented soy foods – such as Miso, soy sauce, tempeh. These will also lower your thyroid levels, so watch how much you eat.

FOLLOW THE 5 Rs OF CANCER
RECOVERY AND SURVIVAL
To generally improve your long-term survival prospects you should ideally follow the 5 "Rs" of Cancer Recovery:
1. An anti-cancer diet and nutritional supplements.
2. Stress control: relaxation, and visualization techniques.
3. Exercise: regular, aerobic, and within your capacity.
4. Detoxification: removing both internal and external environmental pollutants.
5. (Last, but not least.) Spiritual and emotional healing. Without this, it is doubtful whether you will have a genuine will to live, and therefore make the necessary changes in your life.
