Digestive Enzymes
“Live” foods have all the enzymes in them to digest it. The problem is preservatives put in and on foods in order to enhance shelf life before the retailer sells it.

Thus we begin to develop food sensitivities. And thus we are raising a society that need digestive enzymes in order for our food to digest. How many of us use insecticides on our weed free grass. How many of us use it on our gardens to keep the bugs out? How many farmers no longer till their fields or let a field rest before they plant another crop? Organic farming is almost extinct.

One of the nutritional supplement companies we use is Standard Process. Standard Process whole food supplements come from organically farmed land owned and operated by Standard Process.

First thing to check is to see if enzymes are needed.

We are wearing out our pancreas by eating preservatives. If we eat perfectly, we probably won’t need food supplements. But most of our patients are not eating organic foods, nor are they even eating a balanced diet. We are raising a society of diabetics and yet we are more nutritionally educated than previous generations. However, we are always eating on the run, and no longer have time for gardens. I am more guilty than most of you.

So if you suffer from burping, belching or gas after a meal, you may need a digestive enzyme. If you suffer from food sensitivies, you also need a digestive enzyme. You are a unique person, so be sure to muscle test to see which one is for you.
